Loot Disappearing after 4-5 seconds

I have tried to change the loot filter to none or standard but won't work.

Having this same issue, mines mixed with a bunch of lag also, haven’t been able to find anything on it but following this post forsure

Bind Toggle Label Visibility (open eye icon) to a free skill slot and toggle it on/off.
