(0.1.1) Barrier İnvocation Question

İ am trying to understand how Barrier İnvocation exactly works. What is the cast time or cool down time on the gem? İt says nothing on it but there clearly is some Unintended delay between each barrier trigger. İf have 10 barrier triggers it does not cast 10 spells at once it casts them over random period of time meaning there is a hidden cool down time that is not mentioned anywhere.

Yes i know that. But when you press BI the spells you slotted in get released in a random short durations i was wondering if the server tick rate dictates the casting speed of those spells or if there is a set time between each cast?
