PS5 Settings Recommendations for Smooth 60fps

I'm seeing a lot of threads raising console performance issues and wanted to share my current settings on PS5 which gives me stable 60fps running Tier 15+. However, it does stutter with some Breaches and maps with rain environmental effect. Otherwise, it does run very smooth for now at late end game.

Dynamic Resolution: Off
Upscale Mode: NIS (Default)
Render Resolution: 50% - 1920 x 1080 (important)

Refresh Rate: 60Hz
Dynamic Culling: On (important)

So basically with capping resolution at 1080, refresh rate at 60, and importantly turning on dynamic culling, I get good performance. Wanted to share this and maybe it can help some people, because with higher resolution and without dynamic culling on, I initially had terrible performance as well on PS5.

These are my settings as well. I've found them to be the best settings for good performance. However, more than 50% of the maps are still a laggy nightmare, though not as bad as with other settings.

What I would like GGG to explain, is why is this not being refined?

Running a game a 50% resolution just to make it playable is not acceptable.

Out of ALL the PS5 games that I have ever played, POE2 is the ONLY game that I have ever had to downgrade the graphics for functionable play and even then, it does not always help.

If the goal is to push everyone to just play PC....then do not release a console option at all; this just leads to frustration and bad reviews.

I would also like to see GGG respond to the console discussions.

I am guessing that if streamers were using console, then it would be totally different and GGG would care.

Please prove me wrong.

See this is the problem right here! I shouldn't have to turn off settings to make it feel good on my ps5. It should feel good at the max settings which for me it's good enough. But the anti-alias flickering wave that constantly flies superfast all over the tv when theres lots of particles needs to get fixed.

What do you have your bloom and shadows set at?
