PS5 shop charges

Since i dont get an answer from support via mail, i try it this way. I bought several times now shop currency, everytime i get charged but dont get any return. Tried bankaccount, creditcard and psn card. Each time my money is gone but no currency. Would be awesome if i would get my mails answered and yall might take the shop down of psn for now if it doesnt work.

Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements. If you still aren't seeing your purchase then I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to help with over the forums so we ask that you contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name as well as the four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters so that we can look into things further with you. |
