Guild Hideout Map Device - Disconnects upon entering the portal

So I tried troubleshooting on what could be the reason behind the instance.

When I tried using the map device in our guild hideout, the unexpected error happens and I am sent back to the login screen.

So here are some things to note.

1. Karui Shores and my own Hideout map device are fine as far as I have tested.

2. If I do it in our guild hideout, the error happens when I go in the portal.

3. If I use the portal made in the guild hideout at Karui Shores, the error still happens.

4. The only solution is to use a new map, which is sad cause that means we waste the map that was used in our guild hideout.

5. I have already cleared out my "remove only" stash in my account.

Things I haven't tried yet but might do when I come back.

1. Leave and rejoin the guild.

2. Try to match the server of the guild hideout to where I initially played in.
