Not getting enough low level chancing bases

I've been trying to chance myself a ghostwrithe for over a week now in ssf.

I have 10+ chance orbs but so far I've found only 3 bases. 2 of them were from the vendor.

With the absence of scour orbs, its kinda hard to get chance bases for low level uniques like widowhail or ghostwrithe. These bases stop dropping and can't be bought from vendors after a certain level threshold.

I also noticed so many of the chests and env. objects in act 1 normal don't drop any items at all.

Please drop more white items at low levels for chancing uniques that have low level bases.

Yeah if they don’t want to give us alteration orbs the least they could do is give us scours. I have 2000+ transmutation and augmentation orbs with very little to do with them.
