Demon Form needs tweaks

I guess that since i'm running a wand with +4 fire spell level and an oh with +2 spell level, when i shapeshift my dps goes drastically down, it's not until i'm at around 20 demonflame that i'm at the same dps than in regular form, which is fucking horseshit.


Demon Form shouldn't ignore weapon stats, or just rework the thing.
