Abysmal customer service support
Am I alone in this? I have contact support since early december and only 1 response was received to ask for more information (despite me already given the relevant information) and they went missing after that.
I understand it is a small game company and there are too many players, but would this actually carry on when the game officially launches since it is supposedly a great game at EA stage, I would expect even more players coming in and GGG would not be able to handle queries on account related matters.
