GGG Punished me more than every Hacker, how to handle this right

Hello, my main character was hacked, I reported it to ggg so that they might be able to react and with the hope of getting my gear back. However, things got much worse, ggg locked my account 2 weeks after I told them. I was locked shortly after the new year. I contacted ggg support and I was answered very quickly, everything was great. But then questions were asked and only 1-2 every 1-2 days. After almost 2 weeks my account is still locked.
Absolutely unjustified and annoying

There are a lot of things going wrong with ggg support. I can see mistakes on my part, which of course doesn't make the situation any better.
The current result is that I have had a locked account for 2 weeks so that I was looking for help at ggg. A hacker would never write an email saying that the account was hacked. I also absolutely don't understand how one comes to the conclusion that the hacker writes back via email.
I would have been better off just not reporting, that was a big mistake

To contribute something constructive:

1. The question for transaction ID for purchases: I'm having a lot of trouble finding them because I have 3 transaction IDs just for purchasing Poe 2. I think the transaction ID with the payment method e.g. Paypal is the correct one, steam shows the wrong transaction ID when you pay with paypal!

2. I replied to an email from ggg. And I corrected myself again a few hours later, that doesn't work because only one email is read at a time. Unfortunately you have to wait for the answer and then you can correct it.
a chat would be much more suitable for this
Spamming multiple emails in a row is completely wrong and doesn't work.
Even if it wasn't meant badly

3.I found it extremely frustrating that a small question about my account was only asked every other day. GGG can do it all in one. You have to complete support sometimes, otherwise the number of people will increase and the frustrating get bigger and bigger.
Especially if you have a large number of players playing the game, the solutions should be effective. even if the situation is new.

You are very lucky, most of us have been locked out for 20-50days and haven't received a single response.
Wouldn't it make sense at the moment to agree on a deal in which you could say, I'll buy a new account and then have a few stash taps that you can get back to the main account later, at least i could then play the game while you're up waiting for the unlock. That would always be a compromise. Which maybe some of the players would use and ggg would just get the money for the support pack too. But constant fire to get the frustration. And giving copy past answers is just a bad joke - that's what you expect from Blizzard
