Game Crash

I have started a new character and never experienced this on my first character that I was able to get to endgame with no problem. On my new character, however, I have gotten to act 2 and got to the point where I am recreating the horn of vastiri. Everytime I try to move the location of the caravan to the valley of titans, my game crashes. I have tried multiple times and nothing I have tried so far has worked. Very frustrating bug as I can't even work around it like you can some other bugs and just can't even progress in the game. Any suggestions?
