Didn't get points for my 3rd ascendancy

I completed 3 floors of sekhamas, collected loot, left. And there is no extra points. This is my 3rd char. It was fine before.
Is it because I teleported out? Well there was some portal, but I couldn't click on it with controller, but I got message that trial is completed.

Make sure your Trial key says it will award points. It all depends on the key you run.

I did it again. You have to interact with shrine and there select 1 point.
