Suggested targetting change for Witch skill Pain Offering
This skill seems to have an issue targetting minions if anything else is on screen. Casts that target nothing also still cost mana for some reason. I would suggest changing this skill to auto target minions instead of being directional, but even prioritizing minions as targets would be preferable to how it currently functions (issue likely exclusive to controller aiming btw).
What would be a nice QoL feature imo would be a skill option that allows you to select a specific minion skill to auto-target, ie, I always want this skill to hit my lowest damage, Highest health minion so let us set that as a default option. Could be too OP? Last bumped on Jan 23, 2025, 1:55:30 PM

I agree, its broken, but all aiming is broken pretty much, how often does your curses land behind you? :(

I honestly thought it was bugged. It works maybe 1 time out of 5 at best. Targeting minions is almost impossible.

" Yeah, i think i nail maybe 1/3 offerings, its bad, lose so much DPS because it ends up on cooldown and doing nothing, completely missing if there are minions available should not be a thing. |

I agree this totally broken along with may other things in this game. The roll function seems to be pretty useless, actually walking is a better dodge method. Certain aspects i would consider unfair. The way mobs can back you into a corner with little or no chance of escape is laughable, or there is so many of them that them hitting you prevents any kind of retaliation as they keep interrupting you. Make the fight fair imo. The inconsistency of minions respawning is also laughable. They don't have a set time and tend to spawn when they feel like it usually after you've killed the mobs. Where as other times there spawn timings is spot on.

" Slot the advanced targeting mode toggle in your hotkey bar and turn it on. My curse misfires went to zero after doing that, and took almost no time to get used to re-targeting with right stick. |
