Game balance is in shit

It pisses me off to play in co-op when mobs are 1000 times stronger and teammates are running around in one-shot builds.
Evasion is a completely useless thing that gets oneshot by almost everything. At most, it sometimes protects from weak attacks of homeless people on the map. Armor, in large quantities helps against strong hits of mobs and shows itself well on warriors with elemental resistances. But the strongest defensive stat is the energy shield. If you stupidly pump it up to several thousand with perks at 80+%, then you will not get a single oneshot. Plus regen and excess on a blood mage with a passive souls and blood.
The sorcerer for physical damage absolutely lacks the physical skill to clear the map from mobs. Bones around him are def. The first skill for summoning scorpions is also not that. Shooting a bunch of bones is the top perk, but with it, clearing the map turns into 40 minutes of hell.
Also, my friend plays a tank. And this is complete nonsense. He just runs forward and one-shots all the mobs with one explosion. This fucking hammer falls from the sky and takes off 40k HP before the endgame.For example, the mercenary's plasma shot is complete crap, since it takes almost 3 seconds to charge and only deals 10k damage at the same level. And any micro stun interrupts the cast. The sorceress casts a full charge of bones the same amount of time, but when receiving a micro stun, she can automatically shoot and do at least some damage. I still don't understand the hints regarding playing in co-op. "mobs are stronger, reward is higher". Where? My friends get several uniques per location and endless gold items, but I get nothing. Only spheres. When I play solo, uniques also drop well. As a result, I only get pain from playing in co-op, not getting loot, without damage on characters where the skill is 2k% damage, and a friend on a tanking guy with a shield, who should be either a tank or a support, with a skill of 1600% shoots everything and everyone, and also runs around the entire map dashing like crazy, without a single perk and boots for running speed. You just can't see a single mob because of this cleanup.
Yes, you will say that there is a monk attribute and other things that can shoot and run fast. But I just tried to play the way I see it. How interesting it is for me. As a result, one character turned out to be playable for me - the witch. And all the other assemblies and builds are played through absolutely abnormal wilds and combinations. Monk through Chayula with a bow and poison? Mercenary with a fighting pole and a one-shot of the entire location? Witch through the fire build of the infernalist?
This is nonsense. It does not give pleasure from the game, unlike Grim Dawn or Hero Siege

Believe it or not, warrior is the second or third worst class in the game. Unexpected?

I know about the opinion of the weakest class. But what I see is not a rumor or a YouTube video. Although, have you seen on YouTube how warriors one-shot endgame bosses of the latest difficulty? Where with one auto attack they inflict arson and stand afk while the boss burns out in 3 seconds. Or a Titan build through a totem, where he also shoots from the sky with a hammer and then sets it on fire.

First time, right? )) If u invested 200-400d in build and it doesn't one-shot endgame boss - this build is bs ) poe was always about power phantasy) And there will be always meta.
Ofc, you can play what u want, but then take the risk, that ur own build may be bs)

Soon there will be PoB-2 with character input available and u can theorycraft safely

I use PoB to play with the build flat numbers in general - i didn't input current gear and etc
