crux of nothingness portal bugged

when inserting an audience with the king in the realmgate, i can't enter in the portals to crux of nothingness. the portals are clickable, it loads, but it fails to connect to the instance

tried on different servers, closing and opening poe, but nothing works

i dont know if it matters but the boss difficulty is +2
