Bugged guild purchased

in the first week of release of path of exile early access I bought some stuff in the shop and one of them was the "Demonic Waypoint (Guild)" but even if the premium currency was consume for the purchase I did not get the cosmetic for the guild but in the same purchase I also bought the premium guild stash tab and I did receive this one.

Sorry for the delay I was considerably busy in early January and did not found enough time to report it until now.
