Cosmetic refund, been waiting almost a month

Requested a refund on the 26 December. The day I purchased a cosmetic from the microtransaction store.

Sent a email to GGG support.

Received this reply on Jan 3rd 2025:

[Removed by Support]

I sent a reply on the same day with the info requested (although my account name was already in the original email)...

Haven't heard anything since. What's the issue exactly? I have spent $100 on the game. so a simple refund for one single cosmetic shouldn't be that much of a big deal.

25 days later and still no refund. No reply to follow emails either (seems they're flat out ignoring emails?).
