How to disconnect Sony account

I have tried to link to Sony account today, i got the connect link from email. After i clicked the link, it shows that i have already connected to Sony, even though i didn't enter any sony account information.
Anyway, i just need to disconnect Sony account. and i have already sent a email to support team. but there are no one answer my email. hope someone will reply to me soon Last bumped on Jan 20, 2025, 10:09:01 AM
