Where is my Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key?

I used a key and after that, I read this:

An Early Access key should be automatically applied to your Path of Exile account when purchased or received so you will not need to input a key to gain access.
The team is aware of the Steam Client Key situation and it is being looked into. If you would like to play in the meantime, you should still be able to download the Standalone client here: https://pathofexile2.com/download We appreciate your patience. | |

I received an epic store key to unlock the game there, but I have a question. If I use that key there, I will be able to play with my progression and continue on steam after get the Steam key?

So, for now, I just have to wait until get the Steam key and play there. I can start in Epic for now and wait the key to change plataform and continue with my progression on Steam. Right?
