Weird response from support@grindinggear.com

Hi all!
I got a weird response back from support@grindinggear.com. In December I ordered the Warlord of the Karui Supporter pack with physical goods. The physical goods haven't arrived yet so I wrote an email today to support@grindinggear.com. I got an answer back which looked a bit dodgy, it was mailed by bounce.helpscout.net signed by grindinggear.com. Does the following response look legit? Im wondering the same thing if I right click the arrow to see who its from, this is what I get is this legit?
