Increase of simulacrum splinters stack size from Distilled Despair not working

As in title had a map with 114% icrease of stack size and despite that all stacks dropped as 2 splinters which is default value with atlas passive "Would you like to see my face?". Same for bosses they dropped only 4 splinters.

Yep, this is def a bug, stack size doesn't change the ammount dropped, tested with over 120% in map
