Poor Support Service - Microtransaction Issue on PS5

I'm beyond frustrated with the support team at this point. I've been playing Path of Exile 2 on my PS5 and recently encountered an issue with a microtransaction I purchased. I immediately reached out to the support team via email, but it's been days, and all I've received is radio silence.

I understand that things can take time, but this is a paid transaction we’re talking about! I’ve provided all the necessary details in my email (PSN ID, transaction ID, and screenshots). How hard is it to acknowledge the issue and give me an update?

The lack of communication is unacceptable. If this is the level of support we can expect, it’s going to seriously affect my enthusiasm for this game. I was excited to dive deeper into PoE2, but this experience is leaving a bad taste.

Is anyone else dealing with similar issues? Or does anyone know a way to get through to them faster? Honestly, this needs to be fixed ASAP.

GGG, please get your act together. Players like me keep the game alive by supporting it financially. At the very least, respect that and offer timely support!
