Prism of Belief - Cast on Minion Death [No Effect]

I've discovered an issue where the Prism of Belief - Cast on Minion Death jewel has no effect to the overall energy gain modifier.

When I equipped the jewel in the passive skill tree, the level and the new energy gain percentage displayed on the skill gem changed accordingly. However, when I look into the details in the tool tip panel, the energy gain modifier doesn't change and remain the same regardless if I equipped or unequipped the jewel.

At first, I thought it might be a display bug on the tool tip. When I tested it on the map killing 1 minion or 10 minions of my own, the percentage shown on the buff icon remain the same with or without the jewel.

Found a thread saying re-login will update the tooltip.

Tried it and the tooltip is updated after login. Tested and the effect of the jewel is applied.

If you are facing this issue, apply the jewel then re-login. it's the workaround until its fixed.

The same applies to minion health. You need to re-login.
Its not early access.. its early beta tested by students.
