Please unlock my account.

A few weeks ago, I have lost my phone and steam access (2fa and steam guard is on that phone). I was unable to log-in to my steam and POE. So I've sent an email to support to lock my account - in fear of losing my loots and characters. (both poe1 and poe2, email sent from email address linked to POE). They were really responsive and lock it immediately (I actually praised them on X and YT for some good support). They also said that once I'm able to log-in and secure my steam account, they'll begin the process of unlocking the account for me.

After I was able to access my steam again, I've sent an email to support requesting to unlock the account. (from the email I used previously to request an account lock).

Mind you, my POE account is 7 years old. Currently, I'm using a throwaway account GGG has requested me to make, to post on the forum.

This was 7 days ago.

I understand support being thorough with the verification process. But the support reply to my email ONCE a day. Each day asking for something new.

It has been 7 days of back and forth, with me providing everything that was asked.


Is there support that can look into this or help me? I cannot post from my main account since it's still locked.

Wow, you lucky bastard. Getting responses each day for a week. Most of us are waiting weeks for a single reply.
This cant be true or? More then 1 Responses??
waiting now for 6 weeks to get my unlock process startet. I allrdy prewritten my anwser to "pls give us your accountname und some charachternames" for that day they response to my mail.

Thats wild, I got hacked around christmas and got completely ghosted since then. I too responded to the "locked" email.

I feel like they just ignored my request and deleted the email, but then I also dont want to risk falling back in the queue by asking again :D
