PS 5 Disconnect at almost every Portal

Hey,

since the patch i am having massive problems with porting from one spot to another. It is independent of where to where. But every time there is a disconnect. Sometimes it works the second try, sometimes only the fourth or fifth time. I have restarted the game and console several times, reinstalled the game, but the problems still persist. Unfortunately, it robs me of any desire to play.
