Character vanished from selection

I am trying to login to POE2 today and my level 60+ character just vanished. Has this happened to anyone else?

heya! same happened to me :) first i got hacked, all the items and currency was stolen ~1 mirror worth. And then the char was gone from char list (lvl 96 stormweaver). i have had no answer for 11 days, i wish you good luck. the support is seriously lacking, one of the worst i have ever seen.
