Arbiter of Ash - Fortress pinnacle boss bug

Hey team,
I finally got to this fight! Unfortunately, after three deaths, I was taken off the map to my hideout and couldn't complete this boss.
It was mentioned that I have six tries. It is frustrating to get kicked out after only three tries and lose all my keys to the fortress.
I hope you can help me at least get my keys back.
