Lightning conduit in Cast on Shock Bug

I'm playing in a PS5 an my lightning conduit doesn't get all levels global modified when is socketed in Cast on Shock. Its saying level 20 but not get my plus 8. Just when I removed and socket separately get those levels. Its kinda frustrating because I have a some expensive Build and is not working as it should.

Found out if its a visual bug or it actually doesn’t work? Just running into the same problem, missing out on +9 levels which equals to a shitload of dmg

Same problem all my lighting conduit tooltip, levels and extra quality doesn't show up when socketed into cast on shock
