Simulacrum can't be completed, boss spawned outside the zone

On wave 12, boss spawned outside the designated zone and just ran away. I tried teleporting in and out but event is bugged. I can neither proceed to next wave or complete the current wave. Last bumped on Feb 4, 2025, 3:42:49 AM

same happen to me.
