Add Cosmetic "Dyes" for Armour

Guild Wars 1 had this "Dye System" and it was great. Dyes were a form of currency that you could farm from mobs they came in different colors, I think black and white were the rarest I don't remember.

Anyway, I was thinking, Dyes could be a good MTX marketing option, or even a core game function however I think the MTX concept would feel better ethically for this game. Since we already have Oils from blight, this could open up... dye crafting?

Either way, this would be an awesome concept to see in POE. It fits the aesthetic of "hey Npc, I just killed 1000 rhoas, I found this black dye, should I put in on my chest armor? It also fits with tattoos and like I mentioned, oils from blight.
