Trialmaster Tower Door Bug

I inputted the three fates into the Trialmaster Tower door but hadn't clicked the button yet. Then I tabbed out to check something and 5 seconds later when I tabbed back the fates and the socketing location were gone but the door was still closed.

Similar thing happened to me. I put in the fates and nothing happens.
