Cannot reach Utzaal after patch 0.1.1

Finished act 3 normal. Got ported to Riverbank and got to first town. I now need to back to Utzaal since I didn't sacrifice the heart I am supposed to. BUT porting to Ziggurat encampment and going thru the portal ... ports me back to Riverbank. First time I did this my waypoint in Ziggurat was disabled - now it is there, but provides no access to Utzaal. Other act 3 waypoints act the same way.
