Temple of chaos - Soul core offering missing to pick up

One of the trials inside Temple of chaos is that you need to find and pick up 3 soul cores to offer them at the altar. Those are missing sometimes and you cannot continue the trials, logging out is the only way and you loose a insribed ultimatium because of this.

Great second time in a row, can't even continue the trials, as you cannot find the cores to put into Stone Altars...
