main Boots disappeared when swapping to new ones in map

Playing a PConc build with Corpsewade boots and swapped them right before the boss on a t15 map and they just straight up disappeared. has this happened to anyone else? my build is bricked now.

This literally just happened to me with my corpsewades. I swapped to my movement speed boots to backtrack and poof. Nowhere to be seen
