PS5 items cannot be picked up, and Map issues.

I’m playing on a PS5.

1. In a map while playing I can not pick up items and have to go around the item from close to far I have to move my right joystick around until it is highlighted every time and sucks for my experience. This includes Chests, Items on the ground, and in Waystone shrines as well.

2. When I open the map, I only see the Gray fog area, and no map nodes are around. It takes a long time to move both joysticks to get out of it.

3. I have a problem with my map. Every time I open it, it lags and gets stuck.

4. Blue screen on blue inventory scree but only seems like its in the Dreadnought Hidout.



I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps:

- Reinstalling the game.
- Turning the item filter on and off.



Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue.
