PoE 2 cannot click trade

Playing on Xbox series x.
Trade button is always grey and can't be clicked.
I can send whispers on the site just fine, and receive whispers back.
I can list items for sale in my premium tab and others can see them.
If someone tries to trade with me I don't see anything happen until it eventually says trade cancelled in that chat log.
Anybody know what I'm missing here?
All poe and Xbox privacy settings seem fine also.

I think most of console players have the same issue. Unfortunately, there is no feedback from support, no info from Devs etc. It looks like console players are not the same important as PC...
