Cannot activate Demon Form while Blasphemy is active

It would seem that even with the required spirit to run blasphemy without additional spirit from gear i cannot activate demon form with it on. I can activate demon form then turn blasphemy on, and i can deactivate it and blasphemy will stay on. But it's very annoying to have to open the skills panel and turn it off to activate demon form then turn it back on.

I have the same problem :(
