Concoction skill(s) doesn't have Use with Weapon Set options

Currently use Explosive Concoction and it doesn't have the "Use with Weapon Set" 1 or 2 options.
Is this intended? It would be really weird if it was... Further context, auto attack skills also don't have the Use with Weapon Set options. Last bumped on Jan 20, 2025, 11:56:40 AM
