Simulacrum Difficulty

So I tried a simulacrum, ummmm, the bosses spawned right on top of me and instantly just melted me. I tried again and I some how luckily rolled the modifiers 70% more monster life, 50% elemental resist, and gain 25% of life as energy shield. On just difficulty 1 Simulacrum. That should be illegal. At this point im better off just selling my simulacrums for 1 divine orb or whatever the rates is rn, im never doing that shit again until something changes.
