Broken/bugged jeweler orbs drop

After 14 days of playtime on two chars i feel very dissapointed about jeweler orbs drop. Constantly getting only lowest ones = lesser ones, and even with juiced 15/16 maps it is not droping.. High MF around 100 on them and nothing.
Got one mid and one top for playing that long and i am sure it must be bug!
