Trade bug / scam

Hi,

I was trading with a player [Removed by Support], we traded his Mahuxotl's Machination Omen Crest Shield for my 150 exes. We traded at ziggurat encampment. It said trade accepted, he did get his 150 exes but guess what i did not get my shield. Is there a way it was a bug or scamm? Player I was trading with blocked me afterwards. Is there a way my shield went to some storage, npc?
