Unmerge account

Under my email i have two accounts, one associated with poe client account and another one with Sony.
However, i was trying to play with my kids (3of us) two using ps and one on pc but it say someone using my account and logged me out.

Would it be possible to unmerge my sony 5 account and poe client? If not possible, can i at least move my ps5 account to another email/login?

Can i do it myself or should i email ggg?
