fps and shutter issues

Hey has anyone notice a significant improvement with fps and shutter issues by decreasing volume in game?

Full screen & resolution change. Usually my monitor is 2880 x 1660 but lowering it to 1920x1080 does the trick. Also switching from DX12 to Vulkan helps as well.

" Interesting cause with me its from vulkan to dx12 does the different which is weird, in poe 1 vulkan works better for me. so you say fullscreen i'll try it. |
