Website won't recognize I'm online

As the title suggests, the website isn't registering that I'm currently online. Not only that, it doesn't appear to have my account updated to reflect that I bought the supporter early access pack. This has become an issue with trading because it cannot register when I'm actually online. Before the latest patch, I was able to trade without issue. I hope to get this fixed as soon as possible because I do love the game, but I have no intention of playing it as a solo-find player. Thanks in advance!
