Socketed skills gems don't receive global level modifiers

Basically the title.
I have a level 18 Lightning Conduit spell gem inserted in my level 18 cast on shock, however it is not receiving the +7 levels it should from my +3 lightning spell skills wand, my +2 level of all skills amulet and my +2 level of all spell skills focus. If anyone knows what is wrong or if I am doing something wrong, please let me know. Thanks Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 3:57:15 AM

I have the same problem, lightning conduit on CoS not getting level modifiers, is this a visual bug or what.
Nothing fixes it and if so losing massive damage, don’t understand. When will they fix. |
