Getting one shotted with inoculate on

Hello,

I have been getting one shotted on multiple occasions with the Inoculate keystone on. First one I experience was at Zalmarath the Colossus on regular mode with my level 91 character. Then the map mode Zalmarath one shotted me while he was frozen solid. I decided to start recording the issue. I discovered this happens with multiple bosses in cruel mode as well. This video showcases me dying over and over again with the inoculate build. Jamanra does it, Doryani does it, and I am getting it consistently in map mode. This video is a bit long but if you jump to the boss battles you can see this happen over and over again.

I am going to continue to document this experience. A good portion of the deaths happen while the monster I am fighting is frozen, and I die with full energy shield. I can expand on this

I could use a rip or a hand about this all. Perhaps I am missing something, I carry immunity to poison, immunity to freeze, and immunity to bleeding charms.

Yes that was the problem, my guild mate just helped me through this and as embarrassing as it is, I am going to leave this up so if anyone else has these issues they can refer to this.
