Blasphemy bug?

I have blasphemy with hypothermia, temporal chains and heightened curse socketed but the mobs only being affected by temporal chains, idk how to post image here

Blasphemy is not working in my weapon 1 slot. Whenever I switch to that weapon, it gives me my spirit back...

I have swapped my weapons around, and still Blasphemy does not work. It says "Missing Socketed Skill".

The skill I use is Conductivity. My weapon in slot 1 has +6 to lightning skills and slot 2 has +5 to all skills (Conductivity says +8 and +7 from global modifiers). When I swap my weapons around, Weapon Slot 1 does not work (regardless of the weapons in it).

I have both boxes checked (Used with weapon set) but it still does not work.

It seemed to be working fine before the latest patch...

I have been going through this with a clanmate and it seems to be working for them but not for me... I am not sure why this is bugging out on me and why it is only happening in slot 1 even if I change my weapons around...

With a bow on set 1 and a sceptre on set 2, blasphemy don't detect skill in it (missing socket skill), can be enable for both set if i switch on set 2 but no spirit cost on set 1 (enable with missing socket skill error)

With a sceptre on set 1 and a bow on set 2, blasphemy work for both, i can equip bow skill but i can't use them even if i switch on set 2

Having this same bug out of nowhere. wont take spirit on set 1 even though the skill window shows it active. works fine on set 2, but if i turn the skill off on set 1 it shows no socketed skill.

Same issue here, Blasphemy says missing socketed skill when used in weapon set 1. Playing Lich with soulless form, eternal life.
