New Trading Mechanic

Hi, I thought of ways to improve trading between players.

I thought a lot about the auction house variant and I think I came to some SIMILAR "solutions".

- We can create some sort of Trading Stash, separate from normal stash and guild stash, that a person in the party (or whoever random person) can look inside and see it as a normal Vendor, with YOUR items that you placed in it and with YOUR price tag.

-- Let's say you put a Bow for 20 chaos orbs, the buyer will see the item on the website, and:
1. Buyer whispers, you invite, he's allowed to look into the trade stash and "vendor buy" directly from there (with a confirm button, for obvious reasons)
2. Or, buyer directly comes to your hideout, you only get a notification message or accept a hideout invitation (new type of invite) and he just does his thing and buys the item while you're away on bossing or doing your 999th Sanctum run.

After that's said and done, you come back to your hideout, check your Trade Stash and look, 20 chaos orbs just sitting there and your item in someone else's hands!

So far I see no problems with a system like this, feel free to share your thoughts.
