Choir of the Storms Rework + Necromantic Talisman

Before the patch Summons would trigger "Choir of the Storm's" - Lightning bolt when skilled into "Necromantic Talisman".
I tested excessively yesterday and after the rework this is no longer the case.
Not sure if this is intended as it used to work before the patch and now just does not.
I assume the NEW spell was not properly flagged to be used as part of "Necromantic Talisman"

No they didn't.
