Crashing upon exiting Clearfell

Character getting locked because I crash on loading screens anywhere exiting the first area outside town now. Tried it on two separate characters, one of them got locked because i tried to enter the Mud Burrow, and more recently now I had another character get locked because I entered the Grelwood. Restarting steam, computer, nothing works and I just crash upon attempting to load back into the game.

980ti
16 gigs ram
windows 10
