Trapped in map - pc couch co op

Hi

Every time my wide and I play on pc couch co op we are loaded into the map completely stuck and unable to move, teleport or return to checkpoint. We are stuck in the map ziggurat encampment according to the game.

The game is fine when on solo mode.

Not too sure what to do thanks. Appreciate the help
